The portal is intended only for businesses. Trading requires an approved retailer account, and the Consumer Sales Act rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to purchases between businesses.

All product prices are stated excluding VAT in Swedish kronor (SEK). VAT of 25 % is added and shown at checkout, on the order confirmation and on the receipt. Prices may change without notice, but the price displayed when the order is placed is the applicable price.

The minimum order value is 5 000 SEK excluding VAT.

Payment is made by card directly at checkout or by invoice by agreement. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never store card details. The order is processed and shipped only once payment has been received.

The following shipping options are offered: PostNord Parcel (129 SEK excl. VAT), Collect from the warehouse (Norrköping) (free of charge). Orders are normally packed within a couple of working days after payment is received. Tracking numbers are sent by email when the order leaves us.

We may cancel an order if a product can no longer be supplied. You will then receive an email with the reason, and any payment will be refunded to the same payment method.

Check the delivery upon receipt. Errors or transport damage must be reported to info@tcgsweden.se within seven days of receipt, with the order number and images.

Swedish law applies. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement are decided by a Swedish general court.
